When do you ship?

If you're a new customer, we will ship your Liker, Lover, or KING crate package on either the 1st or the 9th of each month. Whichever date is closer. For existing orders, all boxes will ship on the 1st of the month. For Pan Dulce customers, we aim to ship between the 9-10th of each month. We send tracking numbers to the email on file once the packages depart our warehouse.

How does it work?

You place an order before our cut off date (The 1st or the 9th) and we get to work selecting the absolute best and most authentic Mexican products for you to enjoy. We then package them and ship them right to your doorstep!

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, our products are enjoyed at all corners of the world.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on your address at checkout. We unfortunately do not control our shipping prices as they are through USPS.

Do you ship to military addresses?

Yes, we ship worldwide and to all APO / FPO addresses. **Please make sure you select USA as the country on the military address regardless of where they are stationed.

How long does it take to deliver?

Once a package departs our warehouse, you can expect delivery in 1-5 days depending on your distance from California. For international orders, shipping can take longer due to customs clearance and other factors out of our control.

Why can't I pick my own candy?

We have access to over 1,000 SKUs of candy & snacks, and it would get a bit overwhelming if we made you pick from that list. However, our professional candy curators are trained to create the absolute best balanced variety in each box every month.

What kind of variety is in MexiCrate?

We have access to over 1,000 SKUs of Mexican candy and snacks. This means that your MexiCrate box can contain a wide array of different flavors, from spicy, to sweet, to salty, to sour!

Where can I buy individual candy without a subscription?

We are happy to announce that we now have a "One Time Buys" section to our website. Please click the menu tab to see!

Do you offer bulk ordering for parties/events or corporate packages?

Yes! Please enquire to us at [email protected] and we will assign our manager to you to discuss your requirements and needs. We have provided bulk custom ordering for parties, non-profit raffles, to corporate packages.

How do I change my address or cancel?

Please log into your control panel and click 'edit'

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of the types of products we sell, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us and give us adequate response time to process and handle your request.
