When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.
Each month, subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. If you cancel after the renewal date, you will receive another box that will be produced and then shipped the first week of the following month. Once the renewal happens we cannot guarantee that a refund can be given.
Once your subscription has been canceled, you will not be charged again for future renewals. If you have any questions, reach out to our customer service team at [email protected].
Our prepay subscriptions are auto-renewing. If you have chosen the 3-month or 6-month prepay plan, your subscription will renew as specified on your order. 3-month subscriptions will renew 3 months after your order date, and shipments will continue the month following your third box. 6-month subscriptions will renew 6 months after your order date, and shipments will continue the month following your sixth box.
If you would like to cancel your prepay subscription, you can do so at any time. However, if the subscription has already renewed for additional months, those boxes cannot be canceled or refunded. Once canceled, your subscription will no longer auto-renew every 3 or 6 months.
All sales are final. You must cancel subscription BEFORE the rebill date of the 20th at 12:01 am Eastern Standard Time for candy to avoid being rebilled. In other words, cancellations need to be submitted by 11:59 pm on the 19th. Once you are rebilled, the payment has been submitted, the order is in the queue, and we are not able to stop the order.
If you want to update your address, update your billing, or cancel your subscription, simply log into your Mexicrate account and select Manage Subscriptions. Then update your subscription as needed.
